Usage
Children aged 4–10: It is recommended to take 1 measuring spoon (5 ml) daily.
Adults aged 11 and above: It is recommended to take 2 measuring spoons daily (a total of 10 ml).
Adults aged 11 and above: It is recommended to take 2 measuring spoons daily (a total of 10 ml).
